Dear Sir,
For one of the assessee, I have filed rectification u/s 154 for AY 2010-11, claiming the refund of 65000/- which is also supported by 26AS TDS portion against the zero tds credit as determined by the local office.
After 2 to 3 months back after filing the rectification, a clerk from the local office called me on my mobile several times to come and meet him.
Practically you would be understand for what he was calling but I did not go.
Now 6 months have passed and nither rectification order have received nor any refund is being issued.
Please advise me, now what should I do.

You shall write letter to department regarding rectification or refund. Attach copy of Application of rectification,Copy of 26AS statement with Letter drafted by you.specify All matters Clearly during drafting the letter.
After Some day you may be got response from deptt. otherwise personally visit department along with 26AS Statement.
