Rectification or revised return

For Asst year 2013-14, original return was efiled within the due date. Now i need to file a revised return within 31st March 2015.
EFiling status says return is processed with no demand/refund. I have to file a revised return or rectifcation ..Intimation is still not received. I have submitted a request for intimation.
Please Advise

you can still file revise return u/s 139(5) since original itr was filed in time.
