Rectification of mistake u/s 154 for CPC Bangelore

Sir,
One of our clients has received assessment order from CPC Bangelore. Credit of S.A.Tax paid is not given in the same and demand has been raised. Please let us know how to file application for rectification u/s 154 (By ordinary post? or otherwise).

The address in the intimation starts with post bag no.1 and note No. 3 thereon is silent about the mode of despatch. Inference there form is ordinary post. Please confirm over phone 080 43456700.

One of my friend received asseessment order from CPC Bangalore, for reply we enquired over phone the same give number, they replied us to send the reply by speed post, so I think speed post no problem
