Rectification letter u/s 143(1) of income tax

Dear Madam/Sir, I filed rectification letter regarding Tax difference. At the time of filing itself I have paid entire Tax amount. But they have not considered small portion of tax paid and send Demand under sec 143(1) for that I have filed rectification letter again I have received the following information. Please clarify and what to do in future correspondence to CPC.
Subject: Your E-Filed Rectification Application cannot be processed
Please refer to the rectification request filed by you for the Assessment Year (AY):2011-12 in respect of above mentioned Order and received at Centralized Processing Center (CPC) on 19/06/2013.
We regret to inform you that your application for rectification could not be processed at this point of time, for the following reasons:
SUO MOTO RECTIFICATION AT CPC IS UNDER PROCESS FOR THE SAME PAN AND ASSESSMENT YEAR.

YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR RECTIFICATION ORDER. AFTER GETTING THE SAME ONLY YOU CAN DECIDE WHETHER YOU WILL FURTHER APPLY FOR RECTIFICATION OR APPEAL BEFORE CIT(A).
