Rectification letter u/s 143(1) of income tax

29 June 2013 Dear Madam/Sir, I filed rectification letter regarding Tax difference. At the time of filing itself I have paid entire Tax amount. But they have not considered small portion of tax paid and send Demand under sec 143(1) for that I have filed rectification letter again I have received the following information. Please clarify and what to do in future correspondence to CPC.

Subject: Your E-Filed Rectification Application cannot be processed

Please refer to the rectification request filed by you for the Assessment Year (AY):2011-12 in respect of above mentioned Order and received at Centralized Processing Center (CPC) on 19/06/2013.

We regret to inform you that your application for rectification could not be processed at this point of time, for the following reasons:

SUO MOTO RECTIFICATION AT CPC IS UNDER PROCESS FOR THE SAME PAN AND ASSESSMENT YEAR.
