Rectification Application u/s 154

On receipt of Intimation u/s 143(1), have discorvered that the departments has raised demand of Rs. 41,020/- however on verification it is noticed that TDs deducted by employer has not been considered by the Authority ? I wnat to file an application u/s 154 of the Act but do not know the time available to me within which I need to file a rectification application?

Now you can apply rectification online.login with your pan go to service and apply rectification .detail procedure for applying rection has alredy been posted in theforum section
