Recruiting article students to the ca firm

12 March 2012 Dear sir,
I have two questions
1)As a practicing chartered accountant having experience of more than 10 years how many members he can recruit for his firm (individual capacity)

2.If he is a partner for another firm then how he can deals with taking article for the partnership firm, whether he can take articles in his partnership firm name,

Example : suppose he already having article in his propritership firm 5 students ( Raman & co) and He wanted to take another 4 members for Dilipkumar & Co where he is partener, can he do like that?

Please help me in this regard.

If a PCS having an associate or fellow in continuous practice for any period from 10 years then he can be entitled for having 10 article assistant.

Ipcc student can take exam for final, after completing his 2 years or 2 and half years of article training.

No, Articleship completion requirement to be eligible to appear in the Final (New) Examination: A student should complete 3 ½ years of practical training prior to the first day of the month in which Final
Examination is held.

But my doubt is....
If the student converted from PEII to IPCC what is the procedure to be followed and I believe that only 3 years of articleship is enough but my query is to get examination how much time we should wait for the final exam ?
