Recovery of bus fare from employees by the employer.

An employer arranges bus service to its employees to bring them from home to office and return. For this the employer charges an amount from the Paybill.The amount that is recovered is negotiated between the union and the Management.Now is the
employer liable to pay service tax for the recovered amount.

As per negative list o(i) no service tax applicable on stage carriage.
