Reconstitution of partnership firm after death of a partner

A partnership firm was carried on by two partners. one partner was died on 13.07.2016. In the existing Partnership deed it is clearly mentioned that " Partnership firm will not be dissolved on death of any partner it can be carried on by taking legal hairs as partner" Can it be reconstituted kindly let me know
