CA Ravi Taori’s FM and Costing notes: Handy for revision. Law (Corporate and Other Laws) ICAI Study Material: Primary resource. Mercantile Law by N.D. Kapoor: Widely recommended for Corporate Laws. Company Law by Avtar Singh: Good book for Corporate Law concepts. Taxmann’s Corporate Laws: Updated with latest amendments and case laws. Bare Acts (Companies Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, etc.): Should be referred for accuracy.
