ICAI Study Material: Always the primary reference.
Cost and Management Accounting by Dr. S.N. Maheshwari: Popular for concepts and practice problems.
Financial Management by Prasanna Chandra: Excellent for FM concepts and numerical problems.
Cost Accounting by Bhabatosh Banerjee: Good for detailed costing concepts.
CA Ravi Taori’s FM and Costing notes: Handy for revision.
Law (Corporate and Other Laws)
ICAI Study Material: Primary resource.
Mercantile Law by N.D. Kapoor: Widely recommended for Corporate Laws.
Company Law by Avtar Singh: Good book for Corporate Law concepts.
Taxmann’s Corporate Laws: Updated with latest amendments and case laws.
