02 April 2014 how to handle compliance notice

the reason is cash deposited in saving bank account more than 10.00 lacs

but i have no tranjaction in my bank account more than 10.00 lacs

so suggest now what to do

and if i want to submit ITR as per department demanded, can i submit my ITR of the AY 2010-11, AY 2011-1, and - AY 2012-13

02 April 2014 pls file return of ay 2012-13 till date 31.3.2015.

a y 2010-11 & 2011-12 to be file till dt 31.3.2013 & 31.3.2014

now after 31/03/2014, we can not file AY 2012-13 Return,

02 April 2014 First compute your tax liability. If there is none, then respond stating that income below taxable limit. However if your income is above exempted limit, kindly respond to the notice stating that return is under preparation and contact local jurisdictional assessing officer to manually file the return

03 April 2014 that you have already clarified earlier. My suggestion still remain same. first ensure that you dont have taxable income. once that is determined appropriate response can be framed.

there is not taxable income.
