Rebate on home loan if the possession is after 3 years

05 September 2016 If the home loan is taken in FY 14-15 & possession of home is after Apr 18, I understand that the rebate is reduced to 30,000. Is there any way in which it can be brought back to 1,50,000 may be by transfer of home loan or any other way.

06 September 2016 you need to complete the possession proceeding within 3 years fro the date of taking the loan......Please check the same in your case.
