Re Submission for Form 1

08 June 2011 After re submission for 2nd time of Form 1, the further defect was noticed by MCA.
Can I re submit for 3rd Time??
If not, what is the procedure to to re submit the Form1 ??

08 June 2011 In this matter, the user has a maximum of two opportunities to
carry out corrections in e-form or furnish clarification within the outer limit of 30 days from the date when the eform was first put for resubmission or clarification. If defects are not removed within the said time, the e-form
shall automatically become “INVALID” and shall not be taken on record. Then the user has to file the e-
form afresh with filing fee.
