Will anybody please let me know the status of today's . Case admitted by Bombay High court in respect of validity of rule of 8D, which is final rescheduled on today i.e. 13/07/2010

It seems that the hearing has been adjourned to a future date as no information on the same is received.

Hearing is on and shceulde in next week.
