Hi,
RCM suspended till March 2018 except some cases like GTA and advocate fee. What about RCM on director salary. Is it still applicable??????

RCM is applicable on sitting fees paid to directors u/s 9(3) as section 9(3) RCM is still applicable but no RCM on salary paid.

actually which section is suspended..9(3) or 9(4)..???

Section 9(4) has been suspended and section 9(3) RCM is still in force.
