Dear sir / Madam
Can you please clarify me valet parking driver salaries will come under RCM? If man power supplied by an agency "ABC facilities services " which was registred as firm to some XYZ Ltd company.
1) if the supervision is by ABC facilities and payment is on the basis of number of duties
2) if the supervision is by XYZ Ltd and the payment is on the basis of number of duties

Reverse charge is being applicable on man power supply services... if you are just using the services of employees on contract basis.....
and they are not employees of your company u r having a contract with other companies to supply u manpower....
