Rcm is suspended to 31/03/18.So
can we make d purchases from Un registered dealer exceeds 5000 ????.
Rcm is not applicable then I take above 5000 in cash purchase from unregistered dealers.

Yes as of now you can purchase from unregistered dealer without incurring liability for RCM.
