If I received the invoice of rs. 7000 for exempted, non taxable expenses and same day I received the invoice of rs. 1500 for taxable expenses from unregistered person than I have to paid RCM or not ?
kindly explain my query I m very confuse

No....
You don't want pay tax under RCM basis.... Just taxable items only under RCM...
