It says '0' but Rate applies to sale of raw and/or frozen chips. However, chips sold hot are liable at the second Reduced rate.

In Karnataka (circa 2015–16 under K-VAT), both potato chips and banana chips were classified as branded or processed snacks and taxed under the general entry for such items.
