dear sir,
in my father salary TDS was teducted in AY 2010-11, we claimed it for payment of income tax but department has raised demand for amount of TDS due to putting wrong PAN No. in form 16 .So please make me aware that what should I do?

u should ask company to rectify the same and take help of any CA to file Condolence
