14 April 2012 क्या कोई प्राइवेट कपंनी उसके किसे एम्प्लोयी को बिना किसी नोटिस के नौकरी से निकाल दे और उस एम्प्लोयी को पिछले दो से तीन साल के Form 16 देने में बहाने बाजी करे जबकी उस एम्प्लोयी की लोन या ओर कोई रकम कपंनी को देनी नहीं निकलती और कपंनी के द्वारा आगे के साल के Form 16 में दिखाए गए सेलेरी ओर नौकरी से निकाले जाने पर दि गई लिव सेलेरी में काफी अंतर हो तो क्या एम्प्लोयी RTI के तहेत information माग सकता हे?

16 April 2012 नहीं, दरअसल कुछ कंपनियों ने अपनी कार्य शैली को बदल कर रख दिया है नाकाबिल लोग चमचागिरी करके गलत कम कर प्रबंधन का ध्यान अपनी और खीचकर लव एंड आर्डर का खुलेआम उल्लंघन कर रहे है,
आपन इस मामले को श्रमायुक्त (लेबर) को लिखित में शिकायत करे और सम्बंधित जिलाधिकारी को सूचित करे .

16 April 2012 You have to see first the letter of appointment and if no notice has been given then let the staff to continue and do the work the company cannot terminate any staff without any reason.

As regards form No. 16 not given to the employee than he can go to the Income Tax Officer TDS and complain against the company and get the Form No. 16. If the employee is filing return online then no need to get form No. 16. Now, a days you can down load form no. 16 from the site of NSDL
