friends, please share the details as to how to submit the forms to re-register the CA Final course. for whom...registration done before 2008.... please.... I have registered before 2006. i think, we need to submit, a letter to the institute free of cost before this year... or else, there is a fees.

yes all the application till 31.12.2013 are free for reregistration and from 1.1.2014 will have to be paid fees as applicable by icai.
