Whether GST registration is mandatory for interstate supply of Goods without any Turnover Limit ?

Please share the corresponding Notification based on the answer...

11 September 2018 Yes GST registration is mandatory for interstate supply of Goods without any Turnover Limit.

As per Section 24 of CGST Act,2017–
Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1) of section 22, the following categories of persons shall be required to be registered under this Act,––

(i) persons making any inter-State taxable supply;
However Central Government vide Notification No. 10/2017 – Integrated Tax dated 13th October,2017 has exempted the persons making inter-State supplies of taxable SERVICES and having an aggregate turnover not exceeding an amount of Rs. 20 lakhs in a financial year from obtaining registration.

12 September 2018 If your product is Handicraft goods, GST registration is exempt for inter-state supplies for turnover below 20 lakh (10 lakh for special category states) (Refer Notification No. 8/2017 - Integrated Tax dated 14.09.2017)
