Query regarding process of return

04 March 2012 I the undersigned XXXXXXx having PAN XXXXXX have filed my income tax return for the a.y. 2008-09 and 2009-10 claiming refund of rs.XXXX and rs. XXXXX respectively. Till today i have not received my refund for the said years. I have submitted application to my concern ward XXXXX, ahmedabad on 2nd February,2012 and i got information from the ward that the data from CPC has not been received and hence the ITO ward can not process my refund.

query :- my client filled e-filling return of a.y 2008-09 and 2009-10. the same has been tranfered to concered ward for process as per CPC also shown at site.

we contact ward for the same and give one application, after due varification ao said that your return data is till date not received from CPC for said pan and a.y. and said wait.

we contact CPC also on given toll free no. they say as per our record on 17-11-2010 and 21-10-2010 for respective a.y 2008 and 2009 we transfered data to ward.

our query is that BOTH ( ward and CPC ) said wait for some times to get return data... but how much time...????

client refund amount is rs. around 6LK.
