Query regarding Form No.16A.

1. Where do we get the address of CIT (TDS) to be filled in the Form No.16A.

(I am aware of finding the Jurisdiction
of Assessing Officer)

2. Should we fill in the form for 'Period' as 'From' 01.04.10 'To' 30.06.10' for the filing of 1st quarter of the FY ?

3. As the Deductor is non government deductor, whether Item I. Details of Tax Deducted ..................... in the Form 16A shall apply.

4. Though I am able to understand that it is now mandatory to issue Form 16A in quarterly basis to the Deductee, I may expect the Expert(s) to confirm.

I shall wait for your views / confirmation.

1)Address can be obtained from www.incomrtaxindia.gov.in. Go to bottom right of home page and click in "Income tax office in india". Select state in the coming window and click. From the next appearing widow pick up the result required.
2)Period may be filled as 01/04/2010 to 30/06/2010.
3) Item No.1 should not be filled in.
4) Form 16A should be issued qtly.

30 July 2010 I want to know the address of income tax office in faridabad. but when i click on the option faridabad on income tax website it shows record not found. Tell me how i can know
