26 August 2015 Dear sir,
There is one trust received donations from public. Trust has filed the return of income for the financial year 2013-14. Whethe the donation received from public is refunded in view of donation not required if demanded back by the doners.

Plz guide me in this matter also suggest the sections.

26 August 2015 It is a very peculiar case. Basically, the donor has no right to call back donation unless specifically agreed upon. e.g. earmarked donations OR donations given for particular EVENT may be called back if the event is cancelled.
