25 July 2009 Gross qualifying amount u/s 80C with respect to Tution fees as follows" Any sum paid as tution fess ( not including any payment towards development fees/donation/payment of similar nature) whether at the time of admission or otherwise to any univeristy/college/educational institution in India for full time education of any two childred of an individual. In your case i dont think the school gives receipt as Tution fees, hence may not be eligible for ded as tuition fees u/s 80c
