Sir/Madam,
I am in CA FINAL and my first attempt is due on Nov. 2017. I am not yet registered for CA Final course.
My query is that if I register myself now,
whether I would be registered in old syllabus or new syllabus ?

Still new syllabus is not yet rolled out, however there are indications it could get rolled out for November 2016, which we need to wait for official announcement from ICAI. However, even if you register now or later, you would be given an option to appear in exam either in old or new scheme.
