In The Case of a Company, Whose Income is lower than 8% of the Turnover in the AY 2016-17, Whether Tax Audit is Applicable on Such Company under clause 44AB(c) ?

44AE........ not owning more than 10 goods carriages...etc...

( 8 % is immaterial in all those sections........ 8 % is for 44AD and not for 44AB(c)
