In ITR-6, Schedule CFL, Details of Losses to be carried forward to future years

3rd column – date of filing

Query

Whether we need to mention the

DATE OF E-FILING
or
DATE OF RECEIPT AT BANGALORE.

Which is appropriate.

Note :

Prior to the online filing of income tax returns, it was evident that Income Tax department's stamp carrying the date will be the date of filing.
