Hello Sir/Madam, i Registered GST 2 days before and i received a query message - Like this --- Business Details - Details of your Business - Others (Please specify) - Please Specify - It appears that the applicant already has a registration in the state. Please clarify. For this next what i need to response. Please Anyone

Check whether PAN is already holding another GST number in the same state. If not you may answer the query that no registration already appearing the state.

No Sir PAN is already registered for one trade business.. Sir, Is 2 GST registration is possible on same pan with same state with another business

Yes its possible provided both registrations are in similar status i.e. either in composition or in regular. In other words there cannot be one regular and one composition firm under same PAN.
