DEAR SIR, MY FRIEND HAS UPLOADED HIS RETURN FILLING ON 09 SEP 2012 FOR AY 2012-13BUT HE COULD NOT SEND ITR-V WITHIN 120 DAYS. NOW IS THERE ANY SOLUTION FOR IT?

Last date is extended to 31/03/2013 vide notification 01/2013 dated 7/1/2013. So send ITR V with out further delay.
