13 February 2013 DEAR SIR, MY FRIEND HAS UPLOADED HIS RETURN FILLING ON 09 SEP 2012 FOR AY 2012-13BUT HE COULD NOT SEND ITR-V WITHIN 120 DAYS. NOW IS THERE ANY SOLUTION FOR IT?
