example: A father is give rs.5 lac FD to his daughter 3 years ago,and feb-12,FD was matured so my query is about the interest income against FD.his daughter have no other source of income but she want to be file ITR A.Y.2012-2013,before this year she did not file ITR & this income will taxable in whose hands. than please tell me

She will file ITR 1.
