Dear sir,
1. I vipul jain Passed C.A PCC in Nov, 2009, and my final course attenpt in may 2011. I want to appear for one group only which gruop should I prepare first.
2. If I appear for IInd gruop than New DT code and new IDT or GST will be applicable form 1.04.2011.
>My question is these provision will be asked in may, 2011 attempt.

In may,2011 Direct Tax Code and GST will not be applicable becouse its proposed only.
