20 August 2010 halo....it is assumed that A provider of taxable services,who's aggregate
value of taxable services, is rs. 901000 on 01-01-2009.
than the provider needs to get registered by 31-01-2009.
but provider make an application in FORM ST-1
on 28-01-2009, in such case shall provider liable to pay penalty.???
