do we need to fill form 112 cumpolsory? can we leave it blank?

If you are pursuing additional course with CA then you have to fill and submit 112 to ICAI...
otherwise its not required to be filled...

112 is only where you are pursuing an additional course. If not, then not required at all.

If u not doing any other additional course while undergoing training then u can leave it blank else fill it.
