14 October 2017 sir audit fees payable from last 5 year was rs50000 i.e. rs 10000 per year upto 31.3.2016.now payment is made in cash during the fy16-17 of rs15000,15000 n 20000 on different date.whether tds u/s 194 j is applicable or nor?
