My Company Ternover is Less than 4 Crore in F.Y.09.10 ( Rs.13400000) My Duty is Rs.10.45 Lakhs.
Can I Applicable For Quarterly Return
Can I Applicable For Quarterly Payment.of Duty.?

In Excise, there is no concept of quarterly payment & return filing.
You have to deposit monthly excise and file return monthly.
In case of Service Tax , there is concept of quarterly return. But in case of company ,service tax is to be deposited monthly also and file return monthly also.
