Quarry regarding e-form 2

22 March 2012 I am fill e-Form 2 Allotment of share, but by mistake the date of allotment is wrongly filed.
The coorect date of allotment is 10/2/2012 but in the e-Form 2 is mention as 10/3/2012.

Please reply, how I will correct the mistake, if the Companies is Private or Public.

Please anwser it urgent.

There is no difference whether it is public or private company.

Please contact ROC official to rectify the mistake and if they agree file Form-67 for the same.

If i am fill Form 67 sufficient, mean there is not any problem is future.

First of all contact ROC official for the same and also check whether you have made correct attachment. If ROC says then you file Form-67.
