one of our client is engaged in the business of Manufacturing of Brass Scrap And
Our client is Purchase URD Machinery form Some Persons & Payament has been made afterwords for more than 20,000 ?
Is it allowable?

If the payment is made otherwise than by an account payee cheque, the same shall be disallowed u/s 40A(3).
