23 January 2014 any pvt ltd company or llp can accept loan from clients and invest in stock market? is it possible?

30 January 2014 A prop company can take loan from his clients and invest in stock market to pay assured interest of 18 % P.A.
Is it possible? Any legal formalities are to be fulfilled?

30 January 2014 you can structure in a manner that the loan taken has a coupon at 18% like a working capital loan. Then there should not be an issue.

Also you need to ensure that the stocks are bought in the company's name and not in the name of individual clients..
