Sir,
If the business is relating to steel fabrication , purchase the scrap of airconditioner plant and sale the same without any change is it be the part of purchase and subject to the vat return for the particular period or not. No tax had been charged on purcahse the same and sale also.

PURCHASE OF SCRAP AND SALE OF SCRAP IS PART OF PURCHASE AND SALE AND LIABLE TO VAT IN DELHI.

if your turnover is more than 10 laks you are lible to pay vat.

sir, I have charged 5% on purchase and sale respectively is it correct.Discription of good is mentioned in both purchse and sale invoice are scrap of air conditionar but if discription is change to old air conditionar what rate of vat i will lible to pay thereon.
