In case of purchase of property by a company, is there any need to inform it to Company Law Board or it is sufficient to maintain the property register only & ANS is Yes Then Please give me the appropriate section for that.

There is no need to intimation. It will be reflected in Balance sheet of the company when u file the same with ROC.
