In case of Pvt Co Table A tells that proxy form is to be given 48 hours prior to meeting. What if in case AGM is held at short notice, and BOD and AGM would fall on same day? will this violate proxy regulations? Pls advice

I think, they will send the same with Form-22A for attending meeting through proxy.
