Dear experts is it necessary to create provision of tax in the books i.e in the books of 2009-10 or we can directly debit the income tax in next year at the time of payment

YES YOU MUST CREATE THE INCOME TAX PROVISION IN THE BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS

In the case of corporate assessee's provision is mandatory. In other cases,only recommendatory.
