i just wnt to confirm appoinment of 1st auditor of co., and wht are the forms to be filed by the co. to ROC & twhich form to be filed by AUditor & within wht time?

as per secation 224(5) first Auditor will be appoint by Bord of director with in one month from incorporation of company.
their is no provision for notice to ROC by the company as regard to appointment of first Auditor.

if BOD failed to appoint first Auditor within one month, then company may appoint first Auditor by passing ordinery Regulation in general meeting.

agree with suggestions and auditors is suppose to file Form 23B within 30 days of his appointment.
