Hi,
I need an advice regarding withdrawal of Provident Fund.
If I have to leave my current organization to join some other Company urgently (in short notice) and my current company is not allowing me to accept short notice and not even ready to buy the notice period then, in such a situation how do I go about withdrawing PF.
Please help on how to go ahead.

provide your new employer the membership number of old company, the same account would be taken resumed in new company.
