12 September 2016 In one Pvt. Ltd. Co. provident fund is regularly deducted from salary but for 4 month P.F is not deposited in bank account due to some technical problem in bank system and it is deposited after 4 month. so 1) is there any problem in computing co's total income ? 2) Any dis allowance is there ? 3) How to show in 3CA-3CB report the due date & actual date of payment ?

12 September 2016 1 No problem if deposited within the due date of income tax return filing.
2 No dis allowwance.
3 Report the due date and actual payment date.
