1. What is the last date to pay Provident Fund?
2. If payment made after the Concerned date, How much penalty have to be paid?

Due date is 15th of next month.
Penalties:
1. Failure to pay employees’ contribution – minimum imprisonment of 1 year and a fine of Rs. 10,000/-, maximum imprisonment of 3 years.
2. Failure to pay employer’s contribution – minimum imprisonment of 6 months and a fine of Rs. 5,000/-, maximum imprisonment of 3 years.
