If Basic Salary is 10000p.m. and employee has taken 5 leaves during the month for which salary is to be deducted then whether PF would be calculated on actual salary or gross salary?

PF will be calculated on the actual amount paid to the employee,i.e., the amount paid after deducting salary.

Deduction for 5 days = 1,667
Net salary = 8,333
PF will be calculated on Rs. 8,333/-
