SOLD A PROPERTY OF RS.2,00,000/- AFTER SEVEN YEARS OF PURCHASE AT RS.10,00,000/- BUT REGISTRAR OF ASSURANCE ASSESSED THE SALE VALUE OF THE PROPERTY @ RS.15,00,000/-. WHAT WILL BE THE EFFECT ON INCOME TAX.
